BudgetFlowPro (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a personal budgeting and forecasting web application. It helps you record income, expenses, debts and savings that you enter yourself, and shows you charts and projections based on those entries. The Service is provided as-is for informational and organisational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not replace a qualified advisor.

You sign in with Google (Google Sign-In). You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to access the Service and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher.

For your own safety, you agree not to enter any of the following into BudgetFlowPro, in any field, note or description:

• Card numbers, CVV/CVC, card expiry dates or full card details.
• PINs, passwords, one-time codes, security question answers, seed phrases or private keys.
• Bank account numbers, IBANs, SWIFT codes or routing numbers.
• Government-issued identifiers (ID number, passport number, social security number, tax ID).
• Full names of other people, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses of third parties.
• Medical information, biometric data or any other sensitive personal data.
• Anything that, alone or combined, could identify you or another person.

The financial figures you save should be general amounts and generic labels only(for example "Rent: 950", not "Rent to John Smith, 12 Oak Ave, account 1234"). No matter what safety controls we or anyone else put in place, information you never entered cannot be leaked. Please stay cautious.

Everything you type into BudgetFlowPro is content you chose to enter. You are solely responsible for what you enter and for making sure it complies with these Terms and with the laws that apply to you. If you enter prohibited information (see section 3), you do so at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for the consequences.

Calculators, forecasts, health scores, payoff dates and every other number the Service displays are based on the inputs you provide and on simplified models. They are estimates and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for real financial decisions without independent verification from a qualified professional. We make no warranty that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Some features are available on a paid "Premium" plan billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not process refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.All card and payment information is processed by Stripe, our payments partner. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV/CVC, or PIN at any point.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to our systems; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (d) upload malware; (e) impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without notice, at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetFlowPro, its operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including, without limitation, losses caused by inaccurate calculations, forecasts, incorrect data entry, data loss, unauthorised access, or your decision to enter information you were asked not to enter under section 3. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) EUR 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BudgetFlowPro and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, in particular any breach of section 3.

We may change, add, remove or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will bump the version and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Continued use of the Service after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 12) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
